Spaghetti pizza

spaghetti (about three handfuls or enough to fill the bottom of 9x13 pan)

parmesan cheese, grated

milk

spaghetti sauce

assorted pizza toppings
(pepperoni, mushrooms, tomatoes, onion, ham, pineapple etc.)

cheddar cheese

Cook spaghetti. Add parmesan cheese, egg and milk to cooked spaghetti and put in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Spread spaghetti sauce on top of spaghetti mixture. Add assorted toppings. Sprinkle grated cheddar on top and cook in 350º F (175º C) oven for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven, sprinkle with parmesan and let sit for five minutes. Serve with caesar salad and garlic toast.
