Turkey Tetrazzini

Spaghetti 250g

Frozen green peas 300g

Cream of mushroom soup 284 ml

Half-and-half cream 1/4 cup

Cooked turkey or chicken, chopped 2 cups

Garlic powder 1/8 tsp

Pepper 1/8 tsp

Parmesan cheese, grated 1/4 cup


1. This quick pasta entrée is fantastic for leftover turkey or chicken. Break spaghetti in half, and then cook according to package directions or as desired. Thaw peas in microwave. Add peas to spaghetti in two-quart casserole dish.

2. Mix together soup, cream, turkey and spices, and combine with spaghetti. Microwave on high for five minutes, stirring once. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Microwave on high for five more minutes. Enjoy!
