Direct deposit information

To have all your Canadian Wheat Board (CWB) payment cheques deposited directly to your financial institution account:

  • Print off the Direct Deposit Request form. If the page does not print off properly, please e-mail farmerservice@cwb.ca so that we may try and correct any problems.
  • Complete parts A and B.
  • Sign the form and attach a personalized cheque from your account with the word "VOID" written on the front.
  • If you are unable to include a cheque, have your financial institution complete part C.
  • Complete a separate Direct Deposit Request for each Delivery Permit Book appearance.
  • Mail the completed form and cheque to: CWB, Box 816, Stn. Main, Winnipeg, MB R3C 2P5, or Fax them to the CWB at (204) 983-8031.
