- GDCs have 100-per-cent acceptance.
- The contract program provides you full delivery of your contracted tonnes on a single delivery call.
- GDCs offer a defined delivery period.
- GDC delivery periods span 30 days in order to meet sales requirements.
- The CWB may offer several GDCs for the same grain throughout the crop year.

- Read your contract carefully. Understand the terms and conditions.
- Know the specific grain quality specifications and other production and delivery requirements as outlined by your contract.

- GDC contracts can be used in conjunction with any applicable CWB pricing options, such as Producer Payment Options (PPOs).
Producer Payment Options (PPOs)
- You can apply for an Early Payment Option (EPO) contract on the tonnes committed to a GDC by completing a "2011-12 Early Payment Option Sign-up/Lock-in Application." Sign-up begins for 2011-12 EPOs on Tuesday, August 2.
- In addition, if you have a 2011-12 Fixed Price Contract, Basis Payment Contract or FlexPro contract, you can apply deliveries against those contracts for payment.
