My involvement in several different committees not only helps expand my skills, but gives me the opportunity to socialize with different people and departments. I lead the Dragon Boat Team, have created many communication pieces for our charities and diversity committees and have helped plan many fun social events. I especially like helping people understand the different ethnic cultures that work here."

Social networking opportunities at the CWB encourage informal working relationships and cross-departmental partnerships to achieve common goals and strengthen our teamwork culture. Several employee-led committees raise funds for charities, highlight the diversity within the organization and look for opportunities to contribute to the communities in which we work and live.
