New CWB Hockey Pool Allows Farmers to Score Big
CWB today announced the addition of a new playoff hockey pool to its 2012-13 line-up of pool offerings. Known for the serious business of operating price pools for several grains, CWB is introducing some fun to its pooling operations by offering farmers a chance to win prizes and bragging rights by predicting the outcome of this spring's hockey playoffs.

CWB announces final payments for 2011-12 crop year
CWB is issuing final payments to farmers for the wheat, durum wheat and barley they delivered to the CWB pools during the 2011-12 crop year. These payments represent the balance of the money owing to farmers after their grain has been marketed through the CWB pools, and after operating costs have been deducted.

CWB expands innovative Futures Choice pooling in 2013-14 program line-up
CWB today announced its 2013-14 pool line-up for farmers. Two types of pools are offered, each with three different pooling periods. The Annual Pool, Early Delivery Pool and Winter Pool will operate similarly to the 2012-13 programs. In addition, CWB's innovative Futures Choice pooling program has expanded to include the Futures Choice Annual Pool, Futures Choice Early Delivery Pool and Futures Choice Winter Pool.
